An extra meeting has been arranged for Monday 13th January 2020 at Auchengray Church Centre at 7;30pm, to inform residents who may have an interest in the plans submitted for the Heathlands Wind Farm off the A706 near Forth & Wilsontown.
Community Council members will have documents from the Planning Application available for residents to view and will be available to assist residents with any responses they may wish to make to this application.
If possible, a representative from the developers will also be available.
Community Council Meetings are currently held on the third Monday of the month, starting at 7.30pm. They usually last for about an hour to ninety minutes.
Usually no meetings are held in January, July, August and December. However, if deemed urgent and necessary, meetings may be called during these months.
This rarely happens but the dates are reserved as contingencies if, for example a very controversial planning application is submitted or an emergency situation arises which requires Community Council consultation and response.
Meetings and venue are advertised in the Tarbrax, Woolfords and Auchengray Newsletter and on this website.
Currently meetings are held at the Auchengray Church Centre, in future they may alternate with Tarbrax Village Hall. Sub-groub meetings are usually held at Woolfords Village Hall.
